It’s a silver Friday in Cambodia today, as the country’s first ever international effectiveness awards come home, having been given to Riverorchid last night at the Asian Marketing Effectiveness & Strategy (AMES) Awards gala held in Singapore.
In one of the region’s most prestigious and fiercely contested awards events, we garnered two silvers – both for Effectiveness – one for work on Unilever’s Fun Fair, and one for Infinity’s motorbike insurance. We’ve never believed that there is a trade off between creativity and effectiveness in brand communication – dull unimaginative work can never be effective – and it’s a proud day for us to receive recognition at this level for work which is innovative, creative, engaging and above all effective. Congratulations go to all the many people in our Cambodian teams who worked on these projects, as do thanks to our clients for inspiring to us to achieve this calibre of work.
